At first, the chopped and screwed vocals of A$AP Rocky might be a little deceiving when you see Skrillex in the title of the song, then you hear those familiar piercing synth stabs. This new tune from A$ap Rocky features Skrillex and Birdy Nam Nam, a DJ crew also signed to Skrillex's label, Owsla. This is definitely new for the likes of Skrillex with a more 2-step style beat with some heavy 808's making your chest throb. Skrillex largely Sampled from Birdy Nam Nam’s "Goin In”, which he remixed as “Goin' In (Skrillex "Goin' Down” Remix) and uses for the instrumental of this song. This is a great collaboration that shows that hip-hop is continuing reach out into the bass music realm for new ideas.
