Thriftworks, a California native and one of the biggest pioneers in experimental glitch and downtempo dub, released the second of three album series appropriately titled Fade, Fader and Fadest; all of which will be dropped in 2 week successions over the month of November. Fader is the longest and most intricate of the three albums boasting 33 tracks full of mind altering futuristic wobbly bass lines and features artists collaborations such as Russ Liquidill-ēsha and Insightful Thriftworks is known for his signature low-end bass lines, extreme space-like synths and glitchy goodness and this album does not disappoint. One of the standout features of Fader is the minimal and ethereal vocal samples which spotlights the raw talent and mixing abilities of the young producer. All of Thriftworks albums including Fader are available for listening and 'Name Your Price' on his Bandcamp account. You can also listen to the first album Fade on his Soundcloud. Stayed tuned for the release of Fadest which is set for December 1st and tour info to follow!
