5. Just A Gent – Love A Little More (Original Mix) [Free]
Australian producer Just A Gent, has just released another amazing track ‘Love A Little More’. It has some pretty unique synth shots and vocal effects and they really carry along the track. Overall, a fantastic track.
4. Disclosure – White Noise (Hotel Garuda Edition) [Free]
DC producer Manila Killa and LA producer Candleweather teamed up to remix Disclosure’s track ‘White Noise’, under the collaborative alias Hotel Garuda. They did an absolutely outstanding job on the track, with both of their styles meshing together, also adding a saxophone to really take this track to an entirely different level of funky electronica.
3. Boeboe – Drift (Original Mix) [Free]
Boeboe is a dutch musician that I’ve just recently discovered and I’m glad I stumbled upon his stuff. I’m not sure how I would categorize his newly released track ‘Drift’, but I can only say it has some trap and funk elements. Either way, it’s a really great track that will keep you guessing for what comes next.
2. Gramatik – You Don’t Understand (Original Mix) [Free]
NYC producer Gramatik recently released his new album, ‘The Age of Reason’. This has to be my favorite track off the album and Gramatik’s classic electro-funk, “bluestep” sound comes to the forefront. Overall a really funky track that will get your head boppin’
1. Giraffage – Music Sounds Better With You (Original Mix) [Free]
Giraffage really hit a home run with this one. Sampled off the huge hit from 'Stardust', 'Music Sounds Better With You', which was released in 1998, Giraffage transform the old disco house track and provided it with Infectious piano melodies, trappy snare rolls, and ambient vocals. As a result, really setting this track apart from the others. And for that, it snags him a number one spot this week.
