West Coast indie giant Top Dawg Entertainment runs the rap game and it's easy to see why with their latest releases this past month. First came Cilvia Demo, the debut album of TDE's latest signee Isaiah Rashad. Although he hails from Chattanooga, TN of all places, Rashad's sound can be traced to a No Limit era New Orleans, Outkast's Georgia, and of course his newly adopted West Coast home. Today marked the release of Schoolboy Q's highly anticipated third studio album Oxymoron. More significantly it is his first album on Interscope, complete with all the bells and whistles that comes with a major label release. The reviews are coming in and they're overwhelmingly positive, lauding Q for staying true to his niche and living up to the immense hype. Stream the album below on Spotify.
