A few months back I had the privilege of listening to this track and in an instant fell for it as if it was some unapologetic smooth talker. However, unlike the usual enthusiasts I encounter, “Cooler Than Ice Cream” doesn’t fall flat or get dull. In fact, from the moment you hit play you’ll feel a lot cooler than you most likely are but only to the extent of which you find yourself growing skeptical, since its vocals could be something out of your local church choir. Rest easy though, this ingenuity of a track is the work of none other than that of Space Jesus and M!NT. Give the track a listen below and if you find yourself hitting repeat a few times (and you will) you’re in luck and here’s why, you can listen to “Cooler Than Ice Cream” live at Verboten in Brooklyn this Thursday night. Catch both Space Jesus and M!NT’s individual sets tomorrow night as well as, sets from Esseks and the dynamic duo, Sistine Criminals.

Expect the night to take on you on a trip of the mind and because that in itself sounds like a good time, I will see you all there. Not to mention Belvedere and Jameson are hosting an open bar from 10pm-11pm. So, yeah, tickets here.
