It's official, Skrillex will be closing out Sunset Music Festival in 2022. He's1 of 3 closers, only adding more hype to an already exciting event that's going to take place. Skrillex, Gryffin, Duke Dumont, LP Giobbi, Dillon Francis, Malaa, Pauline Herr (DJ Set), Chris Lorenzo, Dabin, Bonnie x Clyde, Liquid Stranger, ARMNHMR are a nice handful, but not all, of artists who are booked to play SMF this year - it just doesn't get much more well-rounded than this.

The announcement came as a 'reward' to fans who broke a 300 retweet threshold of the teaser video. Set to be at the Raymond James Stadium and now expanded to three days instead of 2, so much optimistic change is coming to this coveted Sunset Events experience.

Sunset Events founder had this to share about the changes this year

2022 marks our first decade at Raymond James Stadium grounds and we’re so proud of our partnership with TSA and the city of Tampa. Sunset started as a small pop up in 2012 and fast forward to 2022, we now have our biggest Sunset ever, with 4 stages featuring large-scale production and one more day of dance music. Not only has our festival grown, but we have grown together with Tampa Bay - it is an international destination with the #1 growing housing market in the U.S. and the best beaches in the world.”
