Prepare your ears because Filipino future bass connoisseur Buhay is dropping a fresh EP this Friday, April 4th. You may remember this up-and-coming beatmaker from our interview with him in late 2013, right after finishing his debut tour of Europe. If you're a fan of ODESZA, Manila Killa, and the like, Buhay is just right for you. The EP titled shhht_23 will be released worldwide via the Belgium label Silenced as a part of their ongoing series. Here's what they had to say on the new record:

You know his name. Here's everybody’s best friend Buhay. Joe Matick is a Chicago based young wizard with great dreams of future beats and next level bass lines. We were lucky enough to meet him last summer while he was touring through Europe on an epic religious quest, conquering the clubs and leaving a trail of wide-eyed fans.

The man has style in everything he does. Music, art & clothing have no secrets to him. Oh yeah, and of course he has his model girlfriend waiting for him at home. Well played sir. Well played.
