Schoolboy Q Hops on "Latch" Remix

September 18, 2014 -

Capping off a summer of unexpected collaborations, Disclosure have enlisted South Central rapper Schoolboy Q to lace their hit single "Latch" with a few bars. Q's verse is easy to miss if you're not looking since it doesn't start until the last third of the song. The move may seem out of character to casual listeners but the trend of pairing up rappers with their unlikely pop counterparts has been all the rage this season. See: A$AP Rocky & Sam Smith, Rick Ross & Ed Sheeran, RiFF RAFF & Katy Perry and so on. Stream the "Latch" remix below.
