Bursting with personality and showcasing lots of little goodies throughout it’s essence, “Bending,” is an instant win for the one and only Richard Orofino. The talent is a budding solo artist with plenty of potential and ambitious. The single showcases the versatility that he is capable of, bringing together many of the elements that we have heard via past releases and integrating them into one all-encompassing experience. “Bending,” is Richard Orofino on a whole new level, what may come next from this guy is limitless.

A good place to begin describing “Bending” by, could be calling it a pop song in disguise. While delving deep in that world, I also utilised synthesizers reminiscent of the late 1980’s. A swampy head bobber, “Bending” is as risky as it is catchy.
– Richard Orofino

With support from outlets like Clash Magazine and Wonderland, it’s clear this guy is on a wavelength that fans want more of. From his hit single “Scratch Off,” and his well-received EP titled Chimaera, this man is far from a one hit wonder, proving his longevity from these releases and now “Bending.” 2022 is promising, with lockdowns behind us and shows more in demand than ever, Richard Orofino is in an optimal position to do great things.
