If you haven't had the chance to hear a Matador track or remix before I feel for you. Gavin Lynch aka Matador, has found his sounds most recently on Plus 8, where Richie Hawtin first introduced the young Dubliner. His most recent remix of Phil Kieran's Computer Games is sensational. Beginning with some deep melodic kicks the track than gets that grimy Matador feel I love so much. What sounds like bongo's playing in the background really get me up and moving every time. As the track screams after hours, I'm sure it would be just as perfect on a hot summer day by a beach.
