Returning to the Merriweather Post Pavillion in Columbia, MD for its fifth straight year, this annual festival put on by the good folks over at Virgin Mobile has it all: an eclectic lineup of the year's hottest acts, a charitable foundation focused on ending youth homelessness, and oh yeah –– free tickets.
