Last week saw the announcement of the DJ Mag top 100, which witnessed a newly crowned number 1, Robert Van Corput AKA Hardwell. Daily Beat were lucky enough to be present at Electric Brixton & Ministry Of Sound's unforgettable event at London, with a star studded lineup and colossal production in the perfect venue, the newly crowned DJ would show the lucky crowd why he was number 1.
I hear reggae, I hear sexy drops and it seems that Henry Fong, Mike Hawkins & Toby Green's newest tune, "Hot Steppa" is blistering hot. The three combine the best of both worlds in this fusion between those good vibes of reggae and electro-house. Already supported by the likes of Dillon Francis at Tomorrowworld and Knife Party at EZoo, as well as Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Diplo, Dyro just to name a fame, this track is poised to be huge. After all, the three's tune are being supported by the likes of Spinnin' Records. We can't wait for what is in store for this track and the three of these guys in the future. This is quite the electro anthem. Considering this preview has been on repeat all morning for me, I think it is appropriate to share, right? Featuring everyone's favorite Australian vocalist, Amba Shepherd's and the talented up-and-coming Dutch trio Shermanology, it seems evident the preview of their newest track will be heard A LOT in the future, especially at Tomorrowworld. Amba's voice perfectly compliments Shermanology's production in this soothing vocal track. From a more relaxing vibe, too one that may have you jumping out of your chair dancing, the roller coaster of feelings just may entail tingling feelings down your spine (you know what I'm talking about) and goosebumps on your arms as Amba's voice paired with the production of Shermanology will create for you.
