Defqon.1 Festival organizers, Q-dance, are set to bring their brand of booking to North America this year. Aside from several one-off occasions, the European promoters have strictly hosted events across the pond, dedicating lineups to the harder side of dance music. North America, for the most part, has had an apprehensive enthusiasm for hardstyle. In most cases several hundred fans will show up for the likes of Headhunterz, Brennan Heart, and Noisecontrollerz in North America, whereas tens of thousands come out as flocks in their homeland. Q-Dance’s social feed has blown up with the announcement of hardstyle being elevated on a more robust platform in North America.
“After our first show case in Vegas in 2012, Q-dance is finally setting foot on North American soil. We have big plans for North America with all sorts of shows in the pipeline. We are also searching for the most dedicated fans. If you want to get the inside scoop, work alongside Q-dance and just share the same love and excitement for the harder styles as we do, then we want you to be an Official Q-dance Ambassador!”
Q-Dance has recently been a part of Mysteryland USA, and will be a welcomed component of TomorrowWorld this summer. Additionally the hashtag #QANADA has been causing a storm of excitement as fans have the opportunity to vote for which city the hard dance experience stops next in the “great white north”.
