Every year a star far younger than all of us seems to appear out of nowhere and make us all feel like we should be doing something more meaningful with our lives, and this year is no different. Lorde, a 17 year old girl from New Zealand has done just that. Bursting into the international charts with numerous tracks. Of course, however, this isn't something we would normally be interested in at Daily Beat, unless the story involves some melodic synth leads and some heavy basslines, and who better to throw these into the mix than America's very own, Diplo. A trademark Diplo piece, a masterful touch placed upon a well-written tune, allowing electro-heads to enjoy the unique vocals of artists such as Lorde in our own way.
