Lana Del Rey - Summertime Sadness (Cedric Gervais Vocal Down Mix)

Cedric Gervais first rose to fame with his controversial track 'Molly', which was remixed countless times, and seen by many as epitomising the increasing rise of EDM in America. The slogan 'Please help me find Molly' was plastered over countless T-Shirts, and even played a part in causing the backlash against Madonna, after her drug-related remarks at last years Ultra Music Festival. However, leaving all that aside, Gervais' latest remix is a masterpiece, which utilises the perfect remix characteristics of Lana Del Rey's harmonious vocals, and hits us with a progressive banger. I must say I'm much more keen on the build up, rather than the drop itself, which is slightly lacking on the treble end of the spectrum mix wise, but regardless this is definitely worth a listen!
