Trap duo Kicks N Licks have finally dropped their Young Mind Remix EP featuring a dreamy rework from At Dawn We Rage among others from FLØRALS and Ditta & Dumont.

This remix echoes the well known dream-inspired bass music that we've came to love from ADWR. Its structure remains simple and free-flowing with a glistening vocal piece that leads the track into a mystical drop. The arpeggiating synth is gentle with a feel that reminds us of a Tycho festival set, whereas the clanging drums offer up a powerful groove. ADWR focuses more on sculpting a vibrant soundscape rather than throwing lead sounds in your face like we are normally used to in bass genres.
The sounds of the future are hitting hard with all of the bass music releases we've heard so far this year. At Dawn We Rage has been bringing interesting music theory and lush sound design for some time now and we have a good feeling that 2016 will mark a even stronger year for their team.
