I'm fairly surprised by the new sounds coming from Southern California's own Kaskade. The latest self-remixed track brings exactly what the remix title calls for, a broken lounge mix, offering up sensual vocals, a signature ambient vibe, and a back-beat keeping the tune in check. As Kaskade ventures off into the chiller vibes, I begin to appreciate the variety and re-visiting of his music. As his sound matured, (originally released in 2003) Kaskade begins to re-define his sound in the ever-competitive dance music landscape. Enjoy!
