Fans and cult followers alike swarmed to his website only to find an eerily minimal countdown (started at 63 days) paired with a long drawn out, horror-esque chord.

Gesaffelstein has composed the orchestral score for the new thriller film, Maryland. A dramatic piece centered around an ex-soldier who faces imminent threat, both physically and mentally throughout his endeavors. As assumed, Gesa's work on the compositions with most likely be of a darker trade. MARYLAND "An Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" is available now. Although we were hoping for a new studio album, or giant worldwide tour - anything Gesa touches, we can appreciate. For the time being - this will do.
