[Free DL] Jameston Thieves, Ditta & Dumont - Hero ft. Dirty Doses

December 24, 2015 -

Louis Garcia

What happens when you throw Jameston Thieves, Ditta & Dumont, and Dirty Doses in a blender? You'd probably expect some wompy house music right? 'Hero' comes at us from a halftime direction with something a bit more interesting than we've seen before.

The vibe in this track feels extremely futuristic with the neural bassline complimenting a sweet vocal line throughout the intro. The obscurity in the piece comes with the subtle transitions, somehow giving off an extra terrestrial vibe with each switch up in the arrangement. The drop finally comes in with some of the most ridiculous sound design techniques we've heard in awhile. The track bursts into a mind melting slow motion drop with a strange unique energy. We're always gonna be fans of the music that makes us scratch our heads in amazement and this track is definitely one of those. It takes the formulas of EDM and morphs it into something a little less recognizable yet just as impacting.
