Aaron Jackson has stepped things up with his latest release on Bodhi, an eccentric dive into melodic house featuring Megan Hamilton.
'Golden Skin' starts off swiftly with a smooth chopped up vocal sample eventually gliding through a dreamy set of chords. Megan Hamilton's vocal line adds a soul-pop flavor to the mix with spot on harmonies. The track soon builds into a jackin' drop, full of melodic elements but blended with Aaron Jackson's signature bassline punch.

This massive collaboration tells about a deeper musical side to the otherwise dirty garage styles of Aaron. The language of harmony creates a unique energy that compliments the precision in his dance-worthy arrangement. Overall we are glad that he took a step in this direction and we're curious to hear more out-of-the-box ideas by this artist.
