GIVEAWAY: Feed Me Returns to Terminal 5 for His First Show After A Year off from Touring [8.2.14]

Remember last June? The abrupt and somewhat controversial news that Jon Gooch, AKA Feed Me, would be taking time off from touring in order to regain his creativity? A lot of people misconstrued this announcement to make it seem like Jon was saying that DJing is not an art. However, to clear things up he simply explained that when he is touring, he puts his heart and soul into it. He needed to take some time off to connect with himself again, produce art for the shows, launch a label, work on a short film, and write his second EP, which is what he will be debuting at Terminal 5 this Saturday, August 2. Feed Me's Psychedelic Journey is one of the products of his time off from touring. The four tracks represent, in chronological and stylistic order, consideration, recuperation, awakening and transcendence.

"Patience is my frustration at having to stop, and a reflection on the past,
Time For Myself is a reconnection with my energy and humour.
Alarm Clock is a stride into new territory and a reminder of why I love what I do,
and Without Gravity is being comfortable in my skin again."

With the support of 2 New York natives, Tjani and Space Jesus, I am beyond stoked that he's kicking off this psychedelic tour right here in The Big Apple. After seeing his innovative Teeth stage design last year, I can't wait to see what he rolls in with after his year of enlightenment.
