Fawks Showcases His Rap Skills On YDG's Latest Dim Mak Release

January 23, 2016 -

We are very familiar with Fawks' amazing bass productions and surprise appearances at Space Yacht on tuesday nights. However, we are unfamiliar with his rapping skills but through his most recent collaboration we were able to discover a pair of talented, up coming producers called YDG who just featured Fawks on Hold Up, their latest release with Dim Mak.

YDG is a bass duo melting trap and future into their own sound, as you can clearly hear in Hold Up. We have yet to figure out their names but what we definitely know is that they are LA-based. While still relatively unknown, boasting about 550 followers as of right now (which will change very soon) , YDG has already recieved support from big names like Valentino Khan, who featured their insane trap collaboration with Ookay on his HARD mixtape. After that they released Burnt Rice, a collaboration with Shawn Wasabi, which went viral after the YouTube sensation performed it on his midi fighter. After showing so much potential, our good friends from The Space Yacht have since teamed up with YDG as mentors.
