Released on Click Records, Fairplay have revealed an EP that many could say is their best yet. The EP is composed of “Lilac,” “Viridian,” and “Aureolin," three tracks that not only share an alluring theme, but embodies many of the nice vibes we've got to hear from Fairplay previously.
Getting into it, “Lilac,” is a straight shooter, showing off the progressive house & tech influences that involuntarily triggers a certain emotional disposition within. This is one house tune that is like a dose of anesthesia, all of the elements working in unison to give a specific relaxed vibe only Fairplay can bring.
In “Viridian,” Fairplay pulls out the big guns. A bit more ferocious and energized, the single keeps the good times rolling while blending what we heard in "Lilac," together with a potent, all it's own feel. By this point, it's hard not to feel fully taken over by the infectious nature of Here & There.
Last but not least, “Aureolin," puts a bow on top it all, while featuring a couple friends, Roth and Othertune, who each have their own budding careers moving forward at the moment. If this track doesn't romanticize house music, I don't know what does. “Aureolin," is packed full of complexion and personality as it brings a finale moment to Here & There EP.
