Evolution of Get Lucky [Daft Punk Chronologic cover by PV NOVA]

June 17, 2013 -

Brett Blackman

Let me introduce PV Nova, a one man band from France, and if you can tell he LOVES music. He loves music so much so, the fun and eccentric musician came up with what "Get Lucky" would have sounded like starting in the 1920's and ending in 2020. It is really interesting to see the take of a non American on what can be considered the Americanized version of music throughout the chronologic modes. It just shows you how much culture can transform the perceptions of others around the world. I have to say the man is spot on with many of the renditions, and my favorites have to be the hippie 60's and rock and 80's depeche mode. I'm curious to know what yours are after watching the video. Enjoy!
