On December 29th at Sound Garden Hall, Arty and Swanky Tunes will be showing what Mother Russia and their DJ's are all about once they drop their electro beats in Philadelphia. General Admission tickets are still on sale online at ticketmaster, as well as Sound Garden Hall having a special promotion with a 2 for 1 special if you purchase hard tickets.
