Just less than an hour ago, one of the skilled producers from Soulection's roster blessed us with a new project that is guaranteed to make you and your neighbor's day a little more exciting. Da-P's latest Sapphire EP is magical blend of vibes, funk, and quirky noises that will make you want to put off all of your responsibilities to dance the rest of the day away.
With the EP's single Overdose already receiving a huge positive response from the music community, it was only fit that the rest of the project be just as exciting and interesting. On the Sapphire EP, Da-P really expresses his trap influences with bass laden tracks such as Limit Break and Mega while keeping that distinct Soulection feel throughout the project's entirety. In a time where artists release EP's that end up sounding more like compilations instead of projects, it is admirable to see Da-P change it up by releasing something that can be listened through as a single cohesive work, with each track leading perfectly to the next.
