Summer is upon us! The sun is out, the weather is hot, the sunscreen is flowing, and the water is calling. Now is the time to find that friend with a boat, get that new swimsuit, and head out on the water. Summer is synonymous with new music. We here at Daily Beat have been rifling through the onslaught of all the new summer tunes. Personally, the handful of tracks released from Claptone’s upcoming album ‘Fantast’ really stick out.
They’re sultry, groovy, & perfect for the summer. Only 5 tracks have been released from the upcoming album, but don’t worry, the rest are set to release Friday, June 8th. To celebrate this release, the masked DJ & producer is celebrating twofold in NYC. To kick things off, he’s hosting a boat party on the 23rd aboard the Cornucopia Majesty Yacht with special guests Camelphat and Tube & Berger. She sets sail at 3pm and returns to port at 9pm. The boat party is sold out, but, you can still find plenty of tickets on the secondary market place. Now, this will be followed up by an all-nighter (10pm – 4am) Official Launch Party at Output in Brooklyn.
