Festival season is in full effect and the biggest party of the year is right around the corner! Next weekend (August 13th) BangOn!NYC will be hosting ELEMENTS Music and Arts festival nestled on the waterfront of Brooklyn, New York. Don't miss this creatively curated festival, filled with exclusive and unique experiences ranging from aerial performances, large scale art instillations, fire performers and even extreme wake-boarding. This waterfront festival fuses an urban-industrial location with earthy Burning Man vibes to present some of the hottest electronic music of the season.

Featuring four different stages (Earth, Air, Water, & Fire) ELEMENTS will be presenting  a full range in electronic musical genres sure to delight any and every electronic music lover. Headliners include:

Gramatik

Gramatik also known as Denis Jasarevic, is an electronic hip-hop DJ hailing all the way from Slovenia. Gramatik plays all over the world and has most recently been collaborating with artists Big Gigantic! and Griz to create the super group Big GrizMatik. I had the distinct pleasure of catching Gramatik's solo set this summer at Mysteryland USA, where he threw down a set filled with down-tempo break beats and a mix of hip-hop and electro. Gramatik rarely disappoints in terms of live sets and is a fan friendly DJ as he releases all of his music online for free despite his rise to stardom.

Mija

Mija AKA Amber Giles is a badass female DJ that drops filthy bass lines, fantastic house, and all around fire beats. Mija runs with the OWSLA crew, has played a B2B set with Skrillex and collaborated with big time DJ's such as Ghastly. Mija is a girl on fire and only growing brighter as her career continues to progress. Make sure to catch her set this weekend at ELEMENTS Music and Arts Festival or it will certainly be your loss.

Opiuo

Opiuo is an Australian transplant, originally hailing from New Zealand under the name Oscar Davey-Wraight. Opiuo has spawned his own sound and refined his bass heavy, glitch-hop beats over time to create a cult following and an unmistakable vibe. Opiuo has opened for artists such as Bassnectar and Pretty Lights and is even currently working on a track with GRiZ. Check out his latest album Ominversal and keep your eyes and ears open for this whirl wind of a DJ as he continues to delight fans with his progressive music.

ELEMENTS outdoor music and arts festival includes over 25 artists and is a nine hour event. There will be an array of delicious and diverse local food vendors as well as a funky art market. So bring your appetite for food, music, and art and we will see you there!

Don't miss the party, get your tickets now!
