Aylen just hit us with another dose of Main Course goodness with his tasty track Dippin Dots. This guy is a jack of all traits when it comes to musical versatility. I have always felt a connection with Aylen because it seems as though he puts out whatever genres I am craving at the moment. It started off with bass music and evolved into future house styles. Recently I've been looking more into experimental styles of bass influenced tech-house and imagine my surprise to see Aylen putting out a release on one of my favorite labels Main Course.
His take on the genre is exactly what I could have hoped for. Its lead by a repetitive vocal line that dances around an industrial house beat. The 808 sub in the drop gives it that deep booty bounce feel whereas the lack of melodic content and abundance of samples leaves us feeling completely hypnotized.
If your cup of overpriced dippin dots began hoping around to a house tempo, you might begin to question your sanity. The one thing we will never question is our love for Aylen's freaky club tracks. Checkout the rest of Main Course's Snacks Vol. 12 that dropped today.
