OK, party family. You know I love finding stuff for you guys to rage to. Because let's face it, if we here at Daily Beat happened to see one of you readers at a show (most definitely one with this guy I'm about to write about), you know we'd be raging as hard as we could with you 😛
Anyways, here's the point. And the point is simple. Robert DeLong. You must watch this video in its entirety. It's a 12 minute clip of some of the best live mixing and simultaneous production I have ever witnessed. You know when you catch one of those sets that brings you to every place you could hope to be at one time? Yeah, you'll enjoy this. It honestly makes me almost a little mad at myself for not hearing of this guy earlier.
Robert DeLong has made quite a name for himself in the festival circuit, playing at places such as Coachella and Ultra. Bringing his live production and an incredible sense for mixing and sample use, he keeps all listeners glued to the edge of their seat (just kidding, they'd be in the air with hands held high). This entire set made me keep thinking "what is he going to do next??" Well, my friends, I will leave you at that.
