A true Christmas cracker has been laid down by Hungary's Jay Lumen, and this a true tech house miracle. This track may not suit the Christmas spirit in the way "The Pogues" or "Slade" do, but I know I'd rather be in the middle of a packed warehouse having my ears blown out to Mr. Lumen come the 25th than sitting by a fireplace bopping along to Christmas carols.
This tune is everything you'd expect given the quality of Lumen's repertoire, with heavy reverberations overwhelming you in every beat. This track also incorporates a vocal sample that couldn't fit better. Summing up, this is just a great and rounded piece of music, however far from easy listening on a Sunday. So if you fancy a lesson in tech house, I'd give this track a listen.
