So it's kind of a big deal with Tiesto remixes a tune like Zedd's latest single "Stay the Night" featuring Hayley Williams. I must say, he did a good job sticking to the form of the track, making sure the "are you gonna stay the night" remained a softer no-percussion melody building up to his drop. However, the drop is where I'm led to discover my first issue with this tune. Tiesto doesn't maintain the simplistic catchy vocals, upbeat chorus and overall feel. But, for those of you (Sandro Marcos of Daily Beat being one of them) who doesn't necessarily like Zedd's mainstream side to the single, then this Tiesto remix is the perfect medium for you. I'm almost certain this remix will be blasted at the upcoming festivals. Enjoy!
