It's not every day that you get to experience one of the hottest experiential forms of entertainment, virtual reality. Well, thanks to our friends at wemersive, we got an opportunity to take a look at one of the first virtual reality aftermovies, compiling of a time-lapse that spans the festival setup to the peak of the DJ performances. The 420 Festival (CA) features an interactive way to explore the festival. Using the arrow keys, you can easily move full 360 degrees around and use your scrolling on your mouse or trackpad to pan in and out of shots. "We shot this aftermovie with 6 GoPros on a Freedom 360 rig, and our "wemersive" 360 video player is what allows it to be played with top-notch quality," said Paul Cronin, the Digital Media Manager at wemersive. Be on the lookout for more aftermovies like this in the future, as virtual reality makes its way into dance music. Enjoy!

Note: Be sure to click on the video and use your arrow keys to navigate during the duration of the video.
