Tomorrowland has been a word on the lips of any electronic music fan for the last week, and following on from my post on Saturday, I am here as promised with an update on their 'special announcement' due today! Fans who were unsuccessful in getting tickets for this years instalment, will be thrilled to hear of ID&T's plans to expand the festival globally, not coming as much of a surprise after the North American events company SFX recently acquired a stake in the Tomorrowland brand. As is typical with a Tomorrowland announcement video, very little is given away, but what we do know is that the new 'TomorrowWorld' festival, will be taking place on the 27th, 28th and 29th of September 2013, at an undisclosed location with more information to come. Whilst it is too early to speculate exactly where the festival will be, I would definitely be putting my money on the United States, firstly due to the buy in from SFX, but secondly due to the sheer support that has risen over the past couple of years for Dance Music throughout North America! I will be back with more information as soon as it becomes available, but until then, Tomorrowland fans all over the world keep your fingers crossed that the festival will be coming to place near you!
