SOUTH EL MONTE, CA - There was a lot going on this past weekend during HARD Summer in Los Angeles. Although we couldn't be everywhere at once, here are some incredible and iconic shots we got from the weekend via Daily Beat's own Liam Simmons Photography.
10. Gorgon City playing a packed set at The Pink Tent
We practically lived at the tents this weekend, the Pink one being my favorite. There's just something about all of that deep house that just kept the crowd coming back for more.
9. Trippy Turtle getting hyped up at The Purple Tent
Judging by the emptiness of that water bottle, it seems like a whole lot of epicness was going on during his set on Sunday night. Check out our coverage of his show at the Glasslands Gallery last week!
8. Cashmere Cat In The Zone
I don't think I've ever seen someone look so focused during a live show, ever. Cashy always brings out so much energy during his sets, yet always keeps a straight face. Very intriguing.
7. Seth Troxler sharing a laugh with one of The Martinez Brothers
It's always cool to see other DJ's hanging out on stage with each other during a set. It's kind of like an impromptu b2b set!
6. Martin Garrix Rocking the Harder Stage With On Stage Fireworks
Not only did Garrix play his first ever show in Los Angeles at HARD, but he absolutely killed it, and the crowd went nuts! Pretty sure he was the only one to use fireworks during his set too. Such an awesome picture from an awesome moment!
5. Breach Looks Unimpressed
Not that I know what's going through every DJ's head while they're on stage, but I'm pretty that sure for this split second, Breach must have remembered he left the oven on at home. Or he just contemplated some heavy life decisions...the world may never know.
4. Kill The Noise Rocking Out With His Air Guitar
He probably wasn't doing an air guitar, but it sure looked like he was! Kill The Noise had a wild set at the Purple Tent on Day 1, when OWSLA took over the stage for the day.
3. Claptone and his Gold Beats Headphones
It's not every day that you see someone with a getup like Claptone's. Those gold beats headphones complete this picture.

Not sure what was happening here either, but this girl was definitely feeling it.
