If you are looking for some exciting house music with a visionary edgy built into it, look no further than what "Sorry Human," offers up. Science fiction meets bass house -the two ideas merge beautifully within this song. There is a tension and a sense of fear that comes connected to what the single is about, a certain cinematic angle allowing "Sorry Human," to go from good to great. Barkin used a combination of his own vocals, Apples' 'Siri' voice, and samples of Elon Musk to draft up a deeper story to put into this music. All around the Shuriken Sound-signed track is well-crafted and doesn't seem to have been made over night or in one-shot.

Barkin has one goal with his music project: "To make others happy." For all intents and purposes, he's done just this with this release, contributing a time-testing vibe to the greater electronic scene.

With an education from Icon Collective Music School, having a love from genres like electro, bass, tech, and progressive, Barkin is putting his all into his music - his efforts offering up quality and imagination for those who take the time to listen.

"The concept of ‘Sorry Human’ was developed a long time ago during my time at Icon Collective. I loved the idea of a Human and a robot having a conversation. You see it happen all the time today throughout society, even as simple as talking to Siri. Artificial Intelligence is slowly learning our every move. Our world is shifting to be more digital than ever before and you can hear that in how the human vocal evolves over time. I wanted that to symbolize society. By the end of the track, the human has evolved into a Cyborg.”
