Last year, tech startup Snapchat released their “Story” feature, allowing users to house all of their "snaps" from the last 24 hours into a single narrative for friends to see. Continuing their innovation, the Venice, California-based company also added more variety by introducing text and video chat and transforming the application from a photo sharing platform into an all-encompassing messaging platform.

But, the company takes its first major strides into dance music with the creation of “Our Story,” allowing users to add snaps to an event-based Story that can be shared with your friends. In joining Snapchat on this venture, Insomniac is taking the first major strides with EDC Live, where everyone's snaps from the festival can be stored in a single place. The introduction of a living timeline has not been introduced by any of the other major social networks and looks to revolutionize the event sharing experience.
