Tampa, Florida dance music collective dubbed SmokeHouse launched the news of their debut just last week. With the announcement, SmokeHouse dropped an 8-track album "SmokeHouse Special Vol. 1" that includes almost every producer/DJ on its 11-member roster.
One single in particular entitled "SmokeHouse Anthem" clearly depicts the sound and personality that SH wishes to portray. This piece was a collaboration between five SH members Brandon Sutton, Ronnie Lopez, Quinn Blalock, Lucas Glass and Dimitrios Antoniadis. They all saw it fitting to put together a number that would not only describe the type of sounds they like to create but to give followers a vision of what they believe music is all about. It's a "crazy ass concoction of randomness" a "dirty grime, cesspool of filthy bass" that features hilarious moaning vocal bits, multiple Workaholics references and Getter's notorious "SuhhhDude" saying.
