At the end of the year artists send in those last minute 2013 recap sets, those new remixes or releases […]
Here we have Ivan Gough and Jebu's brand new track only leaked in the last few hours. This track has been circling through festivals throughout this year, first being played by Steve Angello at EDC New York 2013. The last month has been a busy one for Rutherford House in and around London, with visits to EDC London, Eastern Electrics Festival and Ministry of Sound. As you might of guessed the occasions spanned a multitude of genres through progressive/commercial house, trance, deep house and techno, with each occasion meaning the discovery of new gems that shook the dance floors they were dropped on. This hardstyle/tech trance track is one we found yesterday after returning from Eastern Electrics. Inspired by the high-tempo techno that was thumping through the Igloo-Vision tent we found this hardcore gem on youtube. It came out in 2008 and would definitely not have been played at Eastern Electrics, however the high energy and excitement is exactly what it felt like in that tent. The song as four sections, going from one stage to the next, hence the name, each level slightly harder than the one before. This one hits hard all the way through so be prepared!
