Sam Owers Presents: Nothing But The Bass!

Daily Beat Staff

Its been toooo long since i've done a package, and as spent the last month drowned in that underground scene, I think its appropriate to throw you guys a nice new package. This package is going to consist of some huge tracks pounding through the Deep/Tech circuit along with some fresh new albums released in recent weeks.

DeMarzo - Draw A Line
First, making his debut on the label, DeMarzo is next up to release on the unstoppable Hot Creations label with his groove and funk fueled 'Draw A Line' EP. These three original tracks that are straight up solid dance-floor weapons, highly infectious and perfect for the summer sun!

Pleasurekraft - Kraftek Villains VOL 1
Next up, is very proud to present the first in their "Villains" series - which will feature tracks from some of their favourite up & coming producers, alongside some of their favourite already established DJ/producers. This first instalment features 4 tracks of varying styles, from the deep through to some housey tech. Have a listen!

Huxley & Shenoda - I Don’t Know (Original Mix)

& are two of the most in-demand producers on the underground house scene and the ‘Chatsworth Sound EP’ is the pair’s full collaborative debut. Long-time friends and label mates on and Huxley’s Saints And Sonnets, the duo have undeniable studio chemistry and ‘Chatsworth Sound EP’ debuts it beautifully. Opening with warped, sweeping synths and a crisp hi-hat shuffle, ‘I Don’t Know’ is the perfect marriage of garage shuffle and four-to-the-floor house thump, the spoken word vocal adding a classic Chicago vibe before heavy, metallic bass throbs take control of proceedings. The track is set to be released on Sep 30th. Hold on for this one!

Effy - The Look (Original Mix)

Coming straight out of Ireland, which is something that we don't hear very much, Effy takes us on a rise into the bass-heavy unknown. Effy is extremely new to the scene and as a result not many people have heard of them. Disregarding this we can see that there is a serious case of talent right here and with sounds like this, vibrating through my skull, I predict a serious rise in their following. Make sure you keep an eye on these guys!
