January 3, 2015 -

Rutherford House

2014 was an amazing year for electronic music, and with innovative and exciting new labels and producers emerging as well as the hardened veterans amazing crowds constantly 2015 looks set to be the best yet. The EDM explosion in the USA is still very much in full swing and whilst in the UK house and techno look to be as vibrant and popular as ever this is exciting times for anyone involved in the scene. This months package is dedicated to Techno and we've selected a few of our favourite tracks from the last couple of months. Enjoy and Happy New Year!

Alcatraz - Giv Me Luv (Nicole Moudaber Remix)

Italian techno titan Nicole Moudaber takes up remix duties of one of her favourite tracks as a clubber, Giv Me Luv. Keeping intact the ethereal vocals, Nicole adds her unique dark and ongoing bassline drive creating an energetic +10 minute masterpiece. The middle section features a spacey and dreamy progressive buildup before smashing into the headline drop.

Konrad Black & Martin Buttrich - Siamese Connection

This heavy track produced by German producer Konrad Black and Spanish producer Buttrich has made an exponential rise on the Tech House Beatport Top 10, highlighting the popularity of this fairly new track. Oozing with dark vibes, this track contains eerie sample and creepy vocals, all perfectly complimented with a glitchy techno beat.

Mind Against - Strange Days (Original Mix)

German producer Mind Against delivers again with this soulful and intimate track 'Strange Days.' Packed with trippy beats, emotional swings and dynamic progressive builds.

Josh Wink - Are You There (Ben Klock Remix)

Berghain legend and resident DJ Ben Klock, perhaps one of techno's finest ever producers, takes up remix duties of Josh Wink's single Are You There. Oozing with the Berliners famous industrial beats, heavy musky basslines and explosive drops.

Sam Paganini - Another Chance (Original Mix)

One of Drumcode's finest DJs 'Another Chance' by Italian techno stalward Paganini was the highlight track of his highly impressive latest EP Satellite. Enjoy

Mak & Pasteman - Bald

South London based duo destroyed Fabric Room 1 when they played at last months DJ Mag awards, and one of their most recent tracks Bald was one of the highlights. Upbeat, passionate and arrogant in ways this track is one of their best to date.
