It was definitely one of those classic NFC Championship games last night between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers at Century Link Field in Seattle, WA. With one epic play by Richard Sherman to tip a deep ball thrown by 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick and leading to an interception to seal the game, Sherman quickly took his comments to FOX Sideline reporter Erin Andrews about covering WR Michael Crabtree and that particular play where he had this to say:
I’m the best corner in the game. When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that’s the result you gonna get. Don’t you ever talk about me. [...] Don’t you open your mouth about the best or I’m gonna shut it for you real quick.
After the tip ball and interception, Sherman walked over to Crabtree to give him a little ass-tap, but Crabtree quickly wanted no part of it shoving his helmet away. But that didn't stop Sherman from taking the classic Lambeau leap (in Seattle?) into the 12th Man stands. This dude definitely scared off one Erin Andrews who probably just won sportscaster of the year after asking "who was talking about you," only leading to the 25 seconds of glory we have below.
