It seems to me that all of these very millennial and "forward" thinking track names are becoming a huge PR stunt for most of the mainstream EDM acts out there. Tiësto's latest tune, "Wasted," combines the sounds of indie/alternative rock with banging dance music beats. Turkish DJ/producer Ummet Ozcan takes the Tiësto original, giving it a bit of a peppier vibe, taking the cross-genre tune and uplifting it to cater to the electronic dance music fancies, however still maintaining the indie spirit the original embodies.
