Preview: Steve Aoki, Angger Dimas, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike - Phat Brahms (Tom Swoon Remix)

Phat Brahms is a masterpiece of a track. I was lucky enough to hear its first ever play, as Steve Aoki closed Tomorrowland in Belgium last July, and was blown away by the intricacies of the classical melodies and the hard electro drops, that we have learnt to expect from everything on the Dim Mak imprint. Sampling Johanne Brahms 'Hungarian Dance Number Two', this track really conjures up a spooky, ominous mood. Tom Swoon offers us a sneak peek of his official remix, and although there is no official release date yet, trust me this will be one worth waiting for. I saw Swoon, formerly known as Pixel Cheese, absolutely kill London's Ministry of Sound, back in October, and I'm sure many of you are familiar with his signature, big room synth sounds. Swoon takes the classic keyboard line, and pumps out a progressive banger, formulating his own melody using Phat Brahms' original rich chording structure. Check this out!
