Firefly Music Festival, the east coast’s largest music and camping festival, announced it’s 2018 lineup early Thursday and once again, it is loaded.

The Woodlands in Dover, Del. will be filled with thousands of joyous fans joined by a deep stack of artists representing a number of genres and styles for the seventh consecutive year.

Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Arctic Monkeys and The Killers top this year’s lineup. Fresh off the release of his ninth studio album Revival, this is the fifth confirmed headlining performance of the festival season for Shady.  The Arctic Monkeys’ performance is currently scheduled to be their first since 2014.

From top to bottom, this festival looks to give fans unforgettable performances from fantastic artists at all levels of stardom and popularity within their respective genres.

Joining Lamar and Eminem are fellow rap and hip-hop artists; Lil Wayne, the Beastie Boys' Mike D, Logic, SZA, Warren G, Knox Fortune and They.

EDM artists include; Odesza, Martin Garrix, Big Gigantic, Chromeo, Cheat Codes, San Holo, Ookay, Whethan, Party Favor, Kasbo and Chet Porter.

The alternative, folk and rock selection is a fantastic mix of contemporary names and beloved, nostalgia-inducing favorites. Along with the Arctic Monkeys and The Killers, fans get to enjoy the likes of Jimmy Eat World, MGMT and Foster The People right alongside Alt-J, Portugal. The Man, Vance Joy, Cold War Kids, and Lord Huron.

One glaring element that was missed in the scheduling of this lineup, as has been pointed out publicly via social media by artists like Halsey, is its lack of female artists. Those currently scheduled are sure to throw down, but there is no doubt that more gender diversity would have taken this collection of talent over the top.
