Edinberg-based Hostage has been a fan favorite in the UK for years, treating fans with a variety of genres from future house to techno. With an ever-growing scene for this style of music emerging in the states, it's not surprising that his music is transitioning well to U.S. listeners. Los Angeles label Nite Records recently struck a deal with Hostage, marking his first ever release with an American label. The two-track Bully EP clearly displays Hostage's genre diversity; the title track features a more laid back sound, while Phase3B is significantly darker.
