Fresh off their success from 2013, The Chainsmokers are at it again releasing #SELFIE on Dim Mak Records. The New […]
New York city DJ/production do, The Chainsmokers, have been absolutely killing it of late. With their North American fall tour coming to an end later this month, the duo is back to releasing music that will sure please the rising fan base across the globe. This afternoon, we have a treat from the duo and RCA Records with their indie-progressive remix to Mikky Ekko's "Kids." While The Chainsmokers turned their attention to the Nashville artist, they took the true original form to heart with the hints of indie flavor and catchy melodic and big room sounds. Definitely keep your eye out for more from this duo, and be sure to check out the unique range of remixes and originals on their SoundCloud.
The Chainsmokers are a personal favorite of mine and their latest remix proves why. Fenech Soler is a Brittish based band that are truly remarkable on their own. You can listen to the original/music video that was released two weeks ago here. Alex and Drew are not just on a roll, but on fire! One song after the next is an instant remix classic for me. I am still listening to their "Dreaming" remix almost every day. It is only a matter of time until the whole country knows about them and I am looking forward to finally seeing them on a festival setlist. As always their music is free to download by a simple like on their Facebook, but what you can do to really help them out is give this song a like on Hypem.com HERE.
