After tuning into SiriusXM's Electric Area a few hours ago, I witnessed the legendary Dutch DJ/producer Ferry Corsten premiere his tune 'Many Ways' feat. Jenny Wahlström on his Corstens Countdown radio show. The preview comes as no surprise to me and Ferry's fans, as they reacted with praise and respect for the longstanding producer. Ferry continues to involve underground vocalists in his work that may potential breakout to artists such as Matthew Koma and John Martin. Having not released a song for the past 2 months or so, Arty is out with a new production on Above & Beyond's label Anjunabeats. The Russian youngster who already has several hits under his name goes back to a vibe more reminiscent of his remix of Ferry Corsten's track 'Punk', which we all know was a huge track circa 2010/2011, even garnering the support of the Swedish House Mafia. Stabbing synths in the breakdowns and a progressive yet hard hitting feel to it. Arty does a fantastic job in keeping the balance of keeping that big room feel intact, producing a lot of space within the track, which leads to a fantastic drop which is sure to get people jumping. I would be surprised if this track wasn't put in circulation in clubs and festivals over the next few months.

Heading deep into the winter season and there's been no shortage of quality trance nights in the UK. Armin Van Buuren at The Warehouse Project in Manchester two weekends ago is soon to be followed by a great line up of Trance at Ministry of Sound in London, including Dash Berlin  and Eddie Bitar tomorrow night, Ferry Corsten coming up on the 1st of November and an array of other talents at later dates including John O'Callaghan, Jorn van Deynhoven, Simon Patterson and Chicane. We're also looking forward to Above & Beyond's Group Therapy 50 celebration in London which we'll be reporting on. This is definitely no shortage of absolute talent for London's winter months, and we can't wait to get stuck in. On the release circuit things are looking great too with some bombs coming out on the purer Trance side of things.
