We feel magnetically drawn to the forest within San Francisco every year for the gathering known as Outside Lands. Although it is a massive music festival, it feels as though we are simply visiting a park for the entire weekend. Its venue is like nothing we have ever experienced before and their lineups are always so eclectic that it is almost impossible to have a bad day here. For non-locals such as ourselves, Outside Lands is the perfect time of the year to visit San Fran and experience all of its mystics within a jam-packed weekend of shenanigans. Now with their 2018 lineup out, we can begin looking forward to what will surely be the best weekend of the Summer.

Some standout acts for us are N.E.R.D, the space-funk RnB group fronted by Pharrell Williams. Also EDM jazz-inspired duo Big Gigantic will surely be a fun one. The Canadian group Broken Social Scene is an extremely rare act nowadays and we are perhaps most excited to catch them. As for DJs, Claptone and Jamie xx are otherworldly and should be sending the festival off in the right direction.
