One electronic artist who has been on my radar in recent month is New York City’s NOTNO. Although the duo only has a about 5 releases under their belt, each one has been of top quality. Every tune falls succinctly into the group’s signature sound design which features spacey atmospheres driven by high energy synth and bass melodies. This interesting play between low and high energy sounds has had me looking forward to each new release. The team's most recent musical endeavor “Live” is what I imagine Tycho and The Knocks’ love child would sound like. If you’re looking for an upbeat, yet chill tune to elevate your energy, look no further.
